The enemy agents have assumed the coded names of well-known artists, and the missions are named after classic paintings. These names and titles are encoded in the standard A = 1, B = 2, ..., Z = 26 system, but they have been run together in a single string. The "Bureau" is depending on you. Have a go at parsing them out.

 

Example: 1695201315144189114 is Piet Mondrian (16 9 5 20 13 15 14 4 18 9 1 14) and 192011818251497820 is Starry Night.
